How it works:

1. Submit Your Request — Tell us which document you need submitted, retrieved, or delivered.

2. Receive Your Quote & Pay Invoice(s) — We confirm service availability and provide an invoice outlining courier fees and applicable government charges.

3. Send Your Documents — Email your documents securely or arrange shipment of originals when required.

4. We Handle the Delivery — We personally deliver your documents to the appropriate Tallahassee government office.

5. Receive Confirmation — We provide submission updates and coordinate document pickup or return delivery when applicable.

Pricing at a glance:

Standard document filing courier — $75 (base)

Rush service after 11 a.m. — +$25

Printing — $0.35/page

Additional trips/return trips — +$25/trip

Government filing fees — Additional

Apostille courier services — Quote required

Documents that Capital City Courier Services receives before 11:00 AM (EST) can be submitted the same day. All documents will be turned in the NEXT business day if they are received after 11:00 AM (EST), unless same-day services are requested.
